Tschumi and his team named “winner-elect” for Paris Research Center

Bernard Tschumi Architects has been named “winner-elect” of a major competition for a nearly million sq. foot (90,000 m2) Center for Biology/Chemistry/Pharmacy for the University of Paris-Sud, in Paris - Saclay.

Featuring laboratory research as well as teaching facilities, the project is planned to begin construction in 2019, with completion scheduled for 2022. Other architects for different parts of the complex include Groupe 6 and Baumschlager Eberle.
