New Acropolis Museum Celebrates First Anniversary

More than two million people have visited the new Acropolis Museum during its first year of operation, according to figures presented by the museum to mark the first anniversary since its public opening on June 20, 2009.

“Archi & BD” (Architecture and Comics – the City, Illustrated) presents to a large audience relations between architecture and comic strips. Among works exhibited are one excerpt from the Manhattan Transcripts and one Advertisement for Architecture by Bernard Tschumi. June through November at the Cité de l’Architecture et du Patrimoine, Paris.
